Associate-Planning and Development
Seanna has over five years of experience in providing leadership and expertise in developing and implementing projects in the financial services sector.
As a consultant in the public and private sectors, Seanna has gained a practical understanding of land development issues. She has worked on a number of projects for a wide range of clients including evaluating committee of adjustment applications for a Toronto City Councilor, Urban Regeneration research for a prominent American Planning Consultant, and locational research for Canadian developers.
Seanna has strong project management, research and facilitation skills, which lead to timely approvals and effective policy development. Recently, to better service our client base, Seanna received her LEED accreditation which will allow R.G. Richards the ability to advise and assist our clients in areas of environmental responsibility.
In her spare time, Seanna enjoys yoga, rollerblading and spending time with her family.
