Eric Miles


Eric holds a Master’s Degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Queen’s University with a concentration in Land Use and Environmental Planning. While at Queen’s, his main research interest was the role of provincial and municipal planning policies in shaping development within Urban Growth Centres in the Greater Golden Horseshoe.

Eric brings a diverse background with planning experience at both the public and private sector levels. Through this experience, Eric has had the opportunity to work closely with members of the public, members of municipal government, architects, and private and public sector engineering professionals. Through a variety of projects, he has gained a strong knowledge and understanding of the environmental assessment and land development processes as well as policy analysis and issues related to urban design. Eric is working towards full membership in the Ontario Professional Planners’ Institute.
