President
Ron has 30 years of business and government experience. As president and owner of RG Richards and Associates, Ron has been directly responsible for the development approval process for over two hundred commercial developments and over five thousand acres of residential development across Canada.

Cameron MacKinnon, B.A., MES

Senior Associate
Cameron has more than ten years experience as a political assistant at the provincial and municipal levels. He specializes in strategic communications, government relations and land development.

Kathleen Willis, MCIP, RPP

Senior Associate
With over 30 years of experience in private land development, municipal planning and private consulting, Kathleen provides invaluable insight to all land development related issues. Kathleen is a full member of the Canadian Institute of Planners and the Ontario Professional Planners Institute.

Romas Juknevicius, M.PL., LEED® AP

Associate
Romas has recently completed his Masters in Urban and Regional Planning at Queen’s University. His studies were focused on land use planning and real estate development and investment. Romas is a member of the Ontario Professional Planners Institute.

Seanna Kerr, MScPl, LEED® AP

Associate
Seanna completed her Masters in Urban Planning at the University of Toronto, specializing in Community and Land Use Planning. She has over five years of project management experience in the financial services industry.
