RGR were retained to obtain a minor variance to reduce the required parking to allow additional restaurant uses on this site that is part of a larger centre on Wellington Road in London, Ontario. The reduction requested was substantial and required extensive preparation and case work. The restaurant, Moxie’s , took over space formerly occupied by Pier 1 Imports.
