The process of obtaining development approvals is very complex and time consuming. R.G. Richards & Associates brings extensive experience in the development industry and government to the projects they manage.

The principals of RGR have managed over 150 developments across Canada. Our primary area of operation is in the Province of Ontario.

As development managers we ensure the success of projects from acquisition to building permit. R.G. Richards & Associates have managed projects ranging in size from one acre retail commercial sites to 5,000 acre residential communities.

In the role of development manager, RGR engages on behalf of the client the required professional consultants such as planners, architects, and engineers to complete the plans that form the basis of the project.

RGR also has broad experience in communications, media and government relations. In many if not most instances RGR is the public face of the applicant in presentations to municipal councils, the general public and officials.
